I have learned soooo much on process/setup/formatting etc. related to Bb....Hopefully the cheat sheets I have created will provide me long-term, easily accessible, solutions to various "processes" I will forget. I have also learned Emersion is best, i.e. "the more I do; the more I understand; the more I practice; the more I am pleased and life is good"
