CPCC Quality Course Standards Checklist
How do I start?
By now you have already taken the appropriate steps in assessing your readiness in computer literacy and LMS literacy. If you feel that there are areas where you need further practice, visit LearnerWeb and scan the calendar for Open Labs or Workshops that fit your goals to improve performance as an online instructor.
Be an example to your students. We encourage them to succeed by doing more than the bare minimum. Continuing your education is an excellent model for your students.
Now What?
Make a course plan. Online programs and course offerings have continued to grow rapidly at CPCC. In an effort to ensure quality and consistency, consideration of a diverse student body, the use of appropriate teaching tools and relevant course content, CPCC has created a structure in support of student success: To assist faculty in course development, a Quality Course Standards Checklist has been put in place.
